The existing dated appearance with worn trim, stained wood surfaces, and lack of visual impact failed to reflect the professionalism this established golf course wanted to project. Our skilled team tackled extensive wall preparation repairing drywall stress cracks and nail pops, caulked trim and baseboards throughout, and applied oil based primer to all stained wood surfaces ensuring proper coverage. The striking transformation featured two coats of Sherwin Williams Promar 200 HP creating clean white walls with bold black Emerald Urethane topcoat on all trim, doors, and frames completely modernizing the professional office environment.
